Common Threads, Vol 001: Abundance (Print Copy)

Common Threads is a new printed newspaper released by the Hudson Valley Textile Project in New York. It’s full of fiber inspiration, with thoughtful articles, knitting patterns and projects that highlight and celebrate domestically produced natural fiber and textiles. It’s perfect for fiber lovers who value sustainability, slow fashion, and fluffy sheep (and goats, alpacas, llamas and rabbits, too!). Each page is a comforting deep dive into the Hudson Valley’s fiber supply chain!

This debut edition celebrates abundance and we are thrilled to have our farm and Gotland yarn featured within its pages, along with many other skilled farmers, dyers, designers, millers, knitters and inspiring creatives . Each copy sold contributes to the important work of The Hudson Valley Textile Project and local fiber farms in New York State.
